On 30th of October, Izmir was hit by a 7.0 destructive earthquake. 105 people died and 1027 people are injured. Over 50 high-rise apartment buildings have totally collapsed, 243 buildings are severely damaged, and will be evacuated. Since then 1508 earthquakes have occurred and 44 of these were over 4.0.
District 2440 Rotarians have set up a Rotary tent city. We, Rotarians, are helping them to provide for these and other victims of this tragedy, so please help us to help them. Thank you.

More tents are required and there is a need to set up a mobile laundry facility with washing machines and dryers, portable toilets, and showers. The children require tablets and the internet to continue their education online. Winter is almost here and these people need warm clothes.
